Fleet Administrator

Main Duties:

Internal staff timesheet collation, inputting to system, sending to FSS (where applicable), filing & problem resolution.
Fleet / Car allowance Management
Hidden & Working Time Directive hours monitoring and collation of productivity reports
KPI production as required.
Telephone cover.
Mail distribution, filing & control system.
Logistical & low value procurement.
Maintenance of contract filing system.
Control internal/external correspondence between Carillion, clients and external parties.
Maintenance of records for accuracy, completeness and safe storage.
Maintenance of electronic archiving system, where appropriate, to ensure compliance to management systems.
Hotel accommodation & travel arrangements, submission to Central desk
Vehicle control (where applicable), including fuel logs/returns & reconciliation.
Manage local staff holidays, sickness etc. records.
Local clerical duties as required.
Adhoc duties as and when required.
Will be required to support with document control, site paper work, site health and safety compliance
