09 November 2017 : The Richborough Connection project
The Richborough Connection project is a new 400kV overhead line electricity connection between Richborough and Canterbury. It will connect the Nemo Link® (an electricity link between Herdersbrug in Bruges and Richborough, near Sandwich in the UK) to the high voltage electricity network. This connection will play a vital role in ensuring that the country has a continued safe, reliable and secure electricity supply.
