Equality & Diversity Partners

Our Partners

SkyBlue has formed partnerships with many organisations that make it their business to encourage diversity in the workplace.

Our Equality and Diversity Recruitment Model is used throughout our business, enabling us to engage with, recruit, train and monitor labour from under-represented groups across society.

This model has benefited many customers who have been tasked with recruiting specific skills sets or from a particular demographic.

More importantly people within our society who have to overcome extra barriers when searching for employment also benefit.

At the heart of the model is our relationships with our employment partners. We work hand in hand with them to ensure we deliver inclusive recruitment solutions whenever possible:

Some of these include:

A government agency supporting people from welfare into work.

A national charity that provides training and work opportunities to people who are disadvantaged in the workplace due to ill health, disability or social circumstance.

An organisation that gives disabled people support to find employment.

An organisation that helps homeless people to find employment and achieve independent living.

Helps unemployed people who have difficulty accessing the labour market to develop the skills, attitude and behaviour to achieve long-term, sustainable employment.

Business in the Community mobilises business for good. We work with business to build a sustainable future for people and planet.

National Probation Service (NPS) has accelerated the development of effective ways of working with offenders and it has created new central and local structures.

A national charity with local reach, providing practical help and support to blind and partially sighted people of all ages.
